General Questions

Yes, there are two options available on the payment section of the checkout, they are:

ClearPay, where you spread the cost of your order over 6 weeks, interest free. Your order will be made and sent within our processing time. Pre-Orders will be dispatched as per the estimate given on the product description.

Or

Lay-Buys powered by PayPal, where you pay a deposit of between 20% - 50%, you then have 2 months to pay the outstanding balance. Your order will not be sent until the balance has been paid in full. Pre-orders and made to order will not be started until the payment has been made in full. This includes personalised items. Please check pre-order dispatch estimates as they may be after you have cleared your balance!

yes, this is absolutely possible. I have over 400 different embroidery thread colours! Please check this Shadecard and write the colour and what you want to change in the order notes or colour change request box!

This absolutely depends on the item you’re ordering. If for example you’re ordering an in stock item with no personalisation that’s already made then Processing is normally 1-2 business days.

For personalised items the processing time is normally 3-7 days, with the exception of the Embroidered baby scans which have a processing time of 7-14 business days.

Pre-orders will have different estimated delivery dates, so please check the product description, as the estimated delivery date is always there.

*Please note processing times are subject to change at short notice and are based on my current workload. So for example in the run up to Christmas processing times may be longer or during a sale.

You may have seen an estimated delivery date during checkout, this is based on the delivery only! It doesn’t take into account the processing time.

The processing time varies per order and if you’re ordering via pre-order your expected dispatch/delivery timescale will be in the description.

Most of the products on this website are handmade to order by one person. Easterkins is not a massive factory and we don’t have a warehouse. for Further information on processing times please see the question in the FAQ specifically about processing times!

Postage

We use Royal Mail as our main delivery partner. Normally we offer 1st Class Signed For, 2nd Class Signed For or DPD Next Working Day.

Royal Mail doesn't class items as lost until 14 working days from the date of posting. Until then it is deemed as delayed. Unfortunately, I'm unable to start a claim process with them until the parcel has been declared lost.

This is quite rare but please do keep in touch with me if you are affected by an order delivery delay and I'll do my very best to help resolve it.

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic there are delays throughout the postal network. Please be patient with the couriers and postmen & women.

Bespoke Orders

Yes, absolutely! However, please note that I cannot and will not make any products with copyright/trademarked characters on.

Please get in touch with your needs. I can then discuss with you what is possible.

On average if your chosen fabric is on a pre-order this can take up to 12 weeks to arrive with me from the printer. It usually takes a couple of weeks to then make your order.

These timelines do vary and sometimes I have a batch of fabrics on order already so please do get in touch if you need your order urgently.
