We use Royal Mail for all orders. Normally we offer 1st Class Signed For, 2nd Class Signed for and International Tracked and Singed For.

Royal Mail doesn't class items as lost until 14 working days from the date of posting. Until then it is deemed as delayed. Unfortunately, I'm unable to start a claim process with them until the parcel has been declared lost.

This is quite rare but please do keep in touch with me if you are affected by an order delivery delay and I'll do my very best to help resolve it.

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic there are delays throughout the postal network. Please be patient with the couriers and postmen & women.

Bespoke Orders

Yes, absolutely! However, please note that I cannot and will not make any products with copyright/trademarked characters on.

Please get in touch with your needs. I can then discuss with you what is possible.

On average if your chosen fabric is on a pre-order this can take up to 12 weeks to arrive with me from the printer. It usually takes a couple of weeks to then make your order.

These timelines do vary and sometimes I have a batch of fabrics on order already so please do get in touch if you need your order urgently.

International Orders

Initally no, this is because the way in which we trade with the EU has changed. Distance selling rules have also changed and I want to ensure I understand these changes. As a single person business, I don’t have the luxury of legal, logistics, etc teams I must figure these changes and their cost implications out alone.

However as with all international orders, Easterkins will send them on a DAP basis. Meaning you the customer will be required to pay any and all import fees or taxes associated with your order.

Import/customs fees may be applied to international orders and you the buyer will be responsible for paying any and all local import/customs fees as well as any regional taxes.

Please check your countries regulations on import/customs fees and taxes.

All international orders are sent DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) or DAP (Delivery At Place) this means you are liable for any import duties, local VAT, handling charges or fees associated with clearing your order to be imported to your country. If you refuse the delivery of your item due to fees, I will not be able to refund your order as I will incur further expenses due to your refusal to cover the costs associated with your order.

This completely depends where in the world you are! I send all international orders via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For.
